Baluka - means bati or a ball made up of wheat .When it is prepared in desi ghee and coated /dipped in sugar and garnished with dry fruits rose petal and silver or gold foil -it becomes ROYAL or SAHI .Hence ‘balushahi, -different languages and different acents and tone gives it different names
